Our Charter

As an adjudication service provider to government Able Adjudication key objectives are:

  • maintenance of highly trained panel of building and construction industry adjudicators providing excellent decisions and determinations;
  • administer all adjudication applications,adjudication responses and queries in a prompt, professional and user friendly manner;
  • work with all stakeholders to ensure that adjudication flourishes and becomes the preferred dispute resolution process for both claimants and respondents;
  • deliver administrative excellence in support of legislative objectives allowing Government to be informed of all relevant statistics;
  • maintain a strong and fully committed adjudicator panel to provide the best possible decisions/determinations; and
  • seek continuous improvement in adjudication processes.

Able Adjudication is not permitted and shall  not provide legal advice as to the content of any document, though the Able Adjudication staff will provide guidance on the timelines and similar issues.
