Able Adjudication Pty Ltd (trading as Able Adjudication) is currently:
- registered in Queensland as an Authorised Nominating Authority (ANA) under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 QLD and commenced accepting Adjudication Applications on Wednesday 15th April 2009; and
- authorised in NSW as an ANA under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 NSW as from Friday 11th September 2009;
- authorised in ACT as an ANA under the Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2009 ACT as from Thursday 1st July 2010.
- authorised in South Australia as an ANA under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2009 (SA) as from Friday 13 January 2012.

The success of Able Adjudication is directly linked to the professionalism and expertise of those on its Adjudicator Panel and the quality of the administrative support provided to Adjudicators and parties.
All our adjudicators are handpicked from the Building and Construction Industry and hold tertiary qualifications in the Built Environment, Engineering or Law, or have significant industry experience. Our senior adjudicators have a combined experience of over 60 years in the industry and between them have performed in excess of 700 adjudications.
Additionally Able Adjudication has been fortunate to engage the services of a very experienced Managing Director who has extensive experience both as an adjudicator and an administrator.
