The South Australian Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2009 (the Act) will commence in December 2011 which is very closely modelled on legislation currently operating in NSW, Qld, Victoria, ACT and Tasmania.
Able Adjudication is an authorised nominating authority (ANA) in NSW, ACT and QLD and intends to apply to become a nominating authority in South Australia and reasonably expects to be authorised.  This means we are seeking expression of interest (EOI) from persons in South Australia who may wish to:

• Gain, on the ground practical knowledge in the operations of the Act for themselves, their companies, their clients or other associates;
• Become a registered adjudicator in South Australia

Initially we are seeking industry participants who wish to make EOI’s to attend any of the intensive courses we currently have on our tentative draft list of courses including “Adjudication Essentials” and “Adjudicator Training”.
