The flowcharts are offered for guidance on the basic operation of the various Security of Payment legislations leading up to and after the lodgement of an adjudication application with an authorised nominating authority (ANA). They do not go to the indepth provisions of the Security of Payment Act(s) but will give readers a good idea of the basic concepts and mechanics of the Act(s).
