You may wish to consider providing a summary of the project(s) relating to the Payment Claim in the various Security of Payment adjudication or response with information such as:

1. Project Description such as type, location, dates etc
2. Type of works/supplies provided (if any) by the Claimant;
3. Background history of the contract.
